Got to the resort on no time and the cases were unloading at the hotel. Return transfer was equally brilliant the driver was early but so were we. Got dropped with plenty of time. First class service

Long wait at airport and quite a long journey to hotel as had to go up and down same streets in Magaluf to drop people off but all ok and bus comfortable and air conditioned. On return journey slightly early but that was fine as was told that this could be the case as it was dependant on road traffic. However, the driver was very rude. Grabbing bags and thowing them on to bus and not saying a word. When we arrived at the airport our bags where brought out on both sides of the bus. When I went around to get them along with another traveller. The bus just took off leaving us standing on the middle of the road!! Very poor service
