Mr M from United KingdomHave used similar in Menorca before, in the past you'd be left walking in the heat with all your family and luggage trying in vain to find a coach that may be going to your resort, or worse still has already gone with no help from anyone. Now although there is a bit of a queue at the office window it seems quicker and much more organised.

Very clear instructions and even provided a map of how to get to our villa from the drop-off point! On our return, we were picked up by a very new minibus, which had a child's car seat - it wasn't used on this occasion but a very good idea to provide this for infants. Good value and would definitely recommend.
