I would book with them again, we also booked for our daughter and granddaughter to come to the same hotel as well. It would have been easier to have been able to advise on the form that we required a baby seat rather than having to phone after booking.

They provided the car seats as requested and the drivers couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Would definitely recommend and I'll be using them again.

Mr M from United KingdomShuttle Direct were recommended to me by a friend with a family of five, ordinarily the transfer from the airport would have to be done on two cars, shuttle direct have never failed to provide him with a seven seater+ vehicle, so that's them and their luggage sorted. The booking process was straight forward, and clear, and reasonably priced.

Mw. J from NetherlandsEcht een aanrader. Voor een mooie prijs word je in een prachtige auto van a naar b gebracht. Chauffeurs zijn netjes, helpen je met de koffers en openen en sluiten deuren voor je. Top transfer gehad. Beide transfers waren prima op tijd.
Niets op aan te merken. Top transfer voor een goede prijs. Chaffeur erg netjes!

I would have given this an excellent except the driver was an hour late collecting us from the airport which I can appreciate as he was very busy but there was no courtesy call to let us know, we were just left standing around not knowing what was going on.
