Ms Y from IrelandTravelling solo as a female can be daunting ..and this was my 3rd trip solo and 2nd time using shuttle direct for those trips. Everyone I met was truly lovely and very helpful. There was a mixup with my collection point for coming home but the driver found me and he was so nice and calmed me down and got me and another couple there in plenty of time and bang at the door. Car/jeep was also amazing, had been expecting a coach but was absolutely delighted with the transport. Will 100% be booking with them again on next travels x
