Mevr D from NetherlandsWe werden netjes opgewacht door een vriendelijke mevrouw die ons naar buiten begeleiden waar de auto zou heen komen. De chauffeur was erg vriendelijk en gaf ons nog wat tips om te bekijken in Lisabon.
Het was een makkelijke website om aan te geven hoe of wat. Er werd alleen gevraagd hoe laat ik wenste opgehaald te willen worden i.p.v. mijn vliegtijd. Ik vulde dus hierdoor mijn gewenste tijd in met al doorberekend hoe laat ik op het vliegveld moest zijn. Toen bleek dat jullie dat al deden en klopte mijn ophaal tijd niet. Er werd snel gereageerd op deze fout en het werd aangepast.

Hr. S from GermanyWir wurden direkt im Ankunftsbereich des Lissaboner Flughafen erwartet. Von dort wurden wir, während unser Wagen gerufen wurden zum Ausgang begleitet wo innerhalb von 5 Minuten unsere Wagen mit Fahrer ankam. Der direkte Transfer Flughafen - Hotel war natürlich super bequem, wenn natürlich auch etwas teurere als wenn wir mit der Metro o. dem Bus gefahren wären. Aber dafür wären wir dann halt auch nicht direkt bis zum Hotel gebracht worden! Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Konversation wurde auf Englisch geführt.
Hat alles super geklappt. Würde ich jederzeit wieder so machen!
