Un très bon rapport qualité/prix, une organisation efficace ( nous étions attendus à l'arrivée et avons été dirigés vers la navette sans devoir chercher partout, l'avant veille du départ l'heure de prise en charge nous a été transmise par mail et via le qr code fourni à notre arrivée)
La navette était confortable propre et conduite par un chauffeur sympathique et efficace ( aide pour les bagages,conduite prudente)

Mr G from IrelandOn arrival we had a speedy pick up and were on our way in less than 20 minutes. There was an issue were we were dropped at the wrong hotel and needed a taxi to our destination. However in the confusion we left a passport and phone on the bus. We contacted Customer Services and they immediately investigated and could arrange for us to meet with the driver a couple of hours later and both were returned to us.

Mr M from NetherlandsWe made a long trip from Chania Airport to Elounda (3 hour trip). A nice lady cab driver picked us up at the airport. We traveld with an extrodinairy luxere van. VIP van. On our way we took a short stop where she bought us some nice ice coffee. The lady was an excelent driver and told us a few places we should visit. On the way back we also had a great driver, he was quiet but that was no problem for us, we were tired so had a sleep in the also luxery Van. The price was ok, even cheaper dan a normal taxi. Next time i will book again.

We booked return back to airport and the same driver collected us at the exact time specified. Van was clean and spacious and the driver was excellent. Serene, welcoming, open and very kind. From the very first minute of the meeting we were served with small Cretan delicacies and lots of good cheer. The journey accompanied by good music, small highlights of the places and coffee break in a place with spectacular views, made us feel at home in Crete. Our transport right to the entrance of the guesthouse in Bali made us feel happy.
