When we returned to Paris Beauvais, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the other passenger. I think that a deadline should be kept, and she was really late and neither she or the driver offered any explanations. My 10 year old thought this a total waste of time.

El proceso de compra me parece algo complejo, ya que, por ejemplo, cambiando ligeramente la dirección de origen o destino el precio cambia muchísimo (ejemplo real: París Centro - Aeropuerto de Beauvais es mucho más barato que París Centro - Beauvais pueblo, cuando están a pocos kilómetros). Estaría bien que no pasara esto, o que te diera una idea de por qué es.
Creo que las pantallas del proceso de compra podrían funcionar mejor, hay algunos bugs y problemas de usabilidad que no lo hacen demasiado user-friendly.
