Our driver was fabulous and very understanding as our address at the resort was incorrect. Again the service was adjusted to accommodate our error without any hassle. Our inbound journey was also seamless, with excellent communication from Shuttle direct to check the address - even using a google pin to be 100% sure. On time, courteous and trustworthy. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival, helped with all suitcases and transferred us in a spotlessly clean vehicle, showing excellent smooth driving skills. Our return driver (different vehicle and driver) was again waiting for us at our hotel to return us to the airport. Yet again, a spotlessly clean vehicle and again courteous and impeccable driving skills. I would not hesitate in recommending Shuttledirect for airport transfers or taxis, they were unbelievably very very good!

On arrival, we were last off the plane and so at the end of the very long and slow passport control queue. I was worried that they would give up on us and not be there when we came through, but the driver was still there, holding a sign with our name.
The return trip was also seamless, with the car turning up a few minutes earlier than stated. The drivers were super-polite and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more for a perfect start and end to our holiday in lovely Menorca.

Note: if your drop-off place is a hotel in the city, because of the narrow streets it may likely happen that they give you a ride till the public bus stop closest to your hotel.
