Unfortunately we hadn't printed off our receipt that had been sent in an email. It would be better for the company to place that link first, just to ensure that everybody sees it (although it was our fault for not printing it)

Mr L from United StatesMy bank flagged the booking credit card processing as fraud activity initially because it was being done by a server in a foreign country. So I don't know if other customers have the same issue and if a service like PayPal as a payment option could be offered to your clients.
