The drive to Chamonix was quick and Martin went the extra mile by figuring out which apartment complex we'd be staying in.

Ms M from United KingdomWe didn't have a flight out on the Easter Monday and so could leave Chamonix at any time really, I called up Action Transfers and managed to push back our transfer time from 15:15 to 17:00, we also weren't heading to the airport but to a hotel near the airport and this was all properly communicated to our driver who arrived on time and drove very efficiently.

Ms M from SwedenWe had the best driver ever, I hope this review reaches him. The driver waited for us in the arrival area at the airport, we got a great car and had a smooth ride to Chamonix. The driver was so helpful and had the best possible patience one can have. We had issues with our keys to the apartment we had rent and the driver was staying with us until he knew we got in, he also drove us between the office and the apartment without getting annoyed, he really waled the extra mile for us!

On prior bookings I have been given a rough time and asked to confirm 2 days prior. Much better. 2. When I did phone to confirm I was told a text would be sent the day before, Perhaps this should be on the website. Even better. 3. on the day before NO text appeared... bit of a worry. I phoned again and was assured it would arrive prior to 4.30 4. NO text. I phoned at about 5.30. A very nice chap called Ollie arranged my transfer (with an associate company) and he did sent a confirmation. 5. The chap who drove the van was very polite, drove safely and I enjoyed his chat!!
