As soon as we landed, I received a WhatsApp message from both drivers but eventually between them, it was agreed who would take us. Good car, good service through out. Cannot fault! Thank you Shuttle Direct for making it a smooth journey for us!

We received an explanatory email prior to departure, a WhatsApp message from the driver at the airport and had a pleasant drive to the destination in a sparkle clean vehicle with a wonderful driver. Same procedure at the departure from the residence back to the airport . We can highly recommend this service with 5 stars

Im Dickicht der Ankunftshalle hätten wir unseren Fahrer nicht entdeckt, zum Glück wurden wir vom Fahrer angerufen und haben einen individuellen Treffpunkt ausgemacht. Der Rest lief wie erwartet. Kurzer Weg zum Auto und dann Abfahrt zum Hotel.

On my return to London they arrived at my hotel super early lol which was ideal since I had an early flight . Thank you guys. I’ll use you again for sure

Hr. M from GermanyAm Airport wurden wir direkt am Ausgang mit Namensschild erwartet. Fahrer wurde informiert und hat uns abgeholt. Obwohl der Flug Verspätung hatte haben wir nach Ausstieg aus dem Flugzeug uns mit dem Airport WLan verbunden und standen per Whatsapp mit dem Shuttleservice in Kontakt. Alles perfekt gelaufen. Bei der Rückfahrt mit Abholung am Hotel war der Fahrer sogar überpünktlich und hat uns in der Lobby abgeholt. Sehr angenehme Erfahrung und mit Sicherheit beim nächsten Urlaub wieder unsere Wahl. Vielen Dank…. Reiseort war Dubai im Oktober 2023
