This was very welcoming as it took away any stress of trying to find him on arrival. Driver was on-time for both trips and provided bottled water which was a nice touch.

Having been informed only that day that our drop off arrangements had been altered in order to collect keys, we were expecting some hassle from the driver but he couldn’t have been more amenable. He not only took us to get the keys but then stuck around in order to finish the drop at our place of stay, even helping us locate the place before leaving. A pleasant, friendly service from pick up to drop off. Couldn’t have asked for more.
