They explained everything in a confirmation email and it was what they said would happen. From the time I collected my luggage and when to design area , there was a notice board with the names of customers that they had to pick up. Was waiting a few minutes and one of their employees came along and checked my name off and was telling me where to go to be collected. The driver was there and bought us to the taxi...
