The shuttle collecting us from Catania was late. We were led to believe that the driver may have collected the wrong people. After a couple of phone calls another driver collected us and apologised for being late-he said that he had been unable to park. The driver who collected us to take us back to Catania was right on time.

The service was excellent. The driver was waiting at the airport when we arrived and was very courteous. The driver also turned up on time at our hotel to take us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. I would defiantly us this service again and would highly recommend it.
