This time around when I got to the quotation page I was quoted one total rate for which I was pleasantly surprised and mentioned it to my spouse, however when I had accepted and was then taken to the payment page the total amount changed as it was what I usually pay, I had no qualms about it. though I cancelled and transacted again with the same results, just to be certain, I was not mistaken. Consistency remains paramount. Thanks.
Cannot fault the service rendered. Usually prompt chauffeurs and clean vehicles. Worth the price. This gentleman was quite friendly and pleasant just at the usual one. Do keep up the service levels.

The advantage is they provide a service to Paris suburbs too with more competitive prices that are clearly marked. Price and specific customer requirements can be easily highlighted further if and as required.
Punctual. Clean and courteous service. I have used them regularly over the last few years from different addresses in Paris and suburbs, and are much more reliable than the local taxi services who unfortunately continue to hoodwink by using disparate meter rates (A B and C tiers) and longer, circuitous routes to hike up the meter, on some pretext or the other. So this service at fixed rate what one pays upfront with punctuality and courtesy goes a long way.

Ms E from United KingdomPick up journey was great - couldn't fault it. However return journey - I called the office to see if I could be picked up earlier as I was finishing early. The girl I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful! Not good for your company at all. I didn't get her name as she did not introduce herself to me. There was then a mix up where a taxi arrived and I thought it was the correct one, there are no logos on the taxi's! this would be helpful. So I ended up having to pay a further 80 euros despite already having paid for your services!! Not very impressed and will be recommending to my company that we no longer use shuttle direct when in France!
