The driver that picked us up at the hotel for the return journey was on time, polite and loaded our luggage with care. Both cars were there on time . I would highly recommend this company and i have no hesitateing useing them again. My daughter and I flew in on different flights and one was delayed. Shuttle Direct waited for the plane to arrive - and the driver was very helpful.
The return information was sent 24 hours in advance - and the pickup time was perfect - the driver turned up on time and was very helpful and courteous.
We will use Shuttle Direct again when we come back to Ibiza rather than the public bus!!
