Return journey was running early, and unfortunately involved waiting around in the bus for ten minutes plus - not for passengers to arrive, but to ensure we weren't too early for the next pickup. Perhaps traffic was lighter than expected? Anyway, better than running late! Recommended.

Mr J from IrelandOur flight was delayed but our name was displayed at kiosk for easy access to rep. Shuttle bus was very clean and we were off to hotel within a few minutes. Driver was helpful and courteous. Our return pick-up was exactly on time. Overall a great experience and value for money.

Mr A from United KingdomI was planning a trip to Gran Canaria and was considering all my transfer options, as I had found out UBER/Bolt etc, do not operate on the island. I found out about shuttledirect through a video I watched on YouTube. The website was easy to use, and the price quoted, was really good - cheap in fact. I found the desk at LPA airport difficult to locate, but that was a combination of brain fog and not reading the confirmation properly. I do think the logo on the desk could be bigger, but when I found the desk, my name was there, on a piece of paper and the very friendly attendant guided me to the coach. Driver was really friendly and all the staff I met, were amazing. It was quick and convenient for both pick-ups, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
