Sr S from GermanyDas Hostel hat die Bestellung für uns abgewickelt, da alles auf Spanisch war. Bis wir wussten ob der Shuttel klappt oder nicht war schon sehr aufregend, da die Info lange gedauert hat.
Das lag aber eher an unserem Hostel da sich zu spät um den Rücktransport gekümmert wurde.
Der Fahrer war früher da als angegeben. Das kam uns entgegen, da wir auch schon startklar waren. Uns wurde das Gepäck abgenommen und der Fahrer ist sehr entspannt und sicher gefahren. Da haben wir schon rasantere Fahrten erlebt. Das Ausladen ging sehr zügig von statten. Alles in allem Super. Wir hatten auch das Glück das wir von einem Taxi persönlich gefahren wurden.

Arrived Palma, directed from desk to waiting coach (virtually right outside the terminal building). After only a short wait to gather other travellers, on our way in a comfortable modern air conditioned coach driven expertly. Dropped off right outside hotel. Excellent.

Beide Fahrer überschreiten das geltende Tempolimit stark und telefonieren/senden Whatsapp Nachrichten. Sie finden das Hotel nicht selbstständig weder bei der Anreise noch beim Abholen.
Der Bus & Gepäcktransport hat aber grundsätzlich funktioniert und die Busfahrer waren freundlich.
Mr D from SwitzerlandIt was easy to use...it would be helpful if you let customers know that you send the pick up information to the hotel as well....for whatever reason, our mobile phones did not allow us to call the number to learn our pick up time, so we had to look for another number on the internet...the hotel already had the info. but all was SUPER
the ride was on time and didn't take long, not too many stops :-)
