On arrival we had received an enail with details and who to look out for. We were directed to te correct bay in palma airport but took a while to get there and no driver. This was not a problem as we purely loaded the luggage and got on the bus. he arrived a few mins later (presume he has been for a toilet break), checked us in and we were on our way. For the return journey we received a simple email a few days in advance letting us know the time to meet and everything was exactly to plan. The coach was air conditioned, modern and comfortable and the drivers very helpful. Would be happy to use this company again.

We were emailed re our pickup point for our return journey which was a little confusing but on phoning all was explained and we were picked up on time. Thoughly recommended.
