Very clear instructions and even provided a map of how to get to our villa from the drop-off point! On our return, we were picked up by a very new minibus, which had a child's car seat - it wasn't used on this occasion but a very good idea to provide this for infants. Good value and would definitely recommend.

When you are browsing it's worth noting that many co ******* offer transfers but it's only one or two that actually provide the services. Go with shuttle direct as they are run by menorcas bus companies who provide a good service over the whole island during your stay. Well worth looking at local busses tonged around while on the island as well.
