Text was received day before with the pickup time and driver was at our hotel as arranged. I have already recommended the company to others and will use again next year for sure.

First time I had used a shuttle bus instead of private taxi and was pleasantly surprised at the speed and friendliness of staff and transfer. Only a few stops on the way nothing at all like I expected! Will be using again!

The bus broke down on return transfer to airport. This resulted in a missed flight but four seasons very efficient in offering and booking alternatives. Only thing missing was a food voucher for airport meal required due to delay.

Your instructions on the transfer voucher states that there will be someone waiting with a sign at arrivals with our name. We searched and there was no sign with our name or with Shuttle Direct name or brand on it. I called the local number on the voucher and was asked to go to the information desk and we would be met there. The rep found us there and proceeded to show us her sign which states Four Seasons. I explained what we looked for as per the voucher instructions and with attitude I was told you were looking for the wrong sign and again was shown the sign. I suggest you either change your signs or the instructions on the vouchers. On all your communication Shuttle Direct is prominent with Four Seasons in small print at the bottom. And it would have been nice if we had not meet with attitude from the rep!

Men had na herhaaldelijk bellen de vertrektijd van het vliegtuig uit Salzburg niet veranderd. Daardoor werd ik al om half elf opgehaald en moest ik op Salzburgairport tot half zeven wachten.Dit geeft mij de overweging volgend jaar een andere firma te nemen.

We zijn wel naar Westendorf gebracht, maar niet opgehaald. De chauffeur wilde niet meer. Hij had klachten over het roken van sommige passagiers. Pakte wel met een glimlach 90,- fooi aan, maar had niet de lef om te klagen in ons gezicht...
