A confirmation email directly from whom is picking you up a couple of days beforehand would be a great addition to the service for more peace of mind.

My only criticism would be that the vouchers were printed with an incorrect number of travellers in one direction. This was because we had 25 people on the way out then 27 on the way back. Although I booked these numbers, the vouchers showed 27 for both directions. Only a minor issue but it did cause some confusion when the driver was expecting more people than were coming.
We were very happy with the service we were provided by the local provider. Our journey was a return for a group of 20+ from Catania Airport to our hotel in Taormina.
The driver was on time and easy to find for both our journeys. We were particularly impressed by the efforts the driver made to get as close to our hotel as he possibly could. Taormina is a tight town, so getting a coach right to the doorstep of our hotel was impossible. However the driver went out of his way to make sure he could drop us off, then pick us up again, from a location only a couple of minutes walk from the front door.
