transfer to lech lady driver did her best to find a route that was not so congestedbet coming back from lech to the airport driver was excellent also he had perfect english and was very jolly for the time in the morning

Weren’t having any of it and refused to do anything about the situation. Cancelled and called a private firm myself. Lady and manager at customer service were rude and short too
