Very good. Only improvement is to update booking data when arriving by ship. You need to show when ship arrives and preferred pick up time as you might be picking up a later flight. Thanks.

The driver is great. But he wait in the terminal 3 and we are in terminal 2. He show up almost 5:30 a.m. Our appointment is 5:00 a.m.

Defining the pick up point at the terminal would be helpful. We waited outside the terminal where we came out with our bags. This was where we expected someone to be just outside arrivals for our cruise pier. There was no sign of a driver and no board with our name on it. My partner went ofer to the taxi stand in case they were there. It took 3 phone calls to finally link up with our driver. It was not the smooth pick up it could have been and cost me for 3 international calls on my phone which added to the cost of the booking overall.
There was a query email from booking HQ saying our order was incomplete-it was as if we had not given details of our flight arrival yet I had clearly indicated we were arriving by sea. This was sorted and clarified eventually by email.
