The 1st driver showed us where to exchange out 48hr transfer vouchers for tickets and the 2nd driver was half an hour early and showed us clearly where to meet the 3rd driver on our return from our cruise. When we got back to Venice we were 2.5 hrs early but after calling the company a driver arrived within 10 minutes. All round good service.

We booked to take us from the cruise ship to the airport so we was a bit anxious in case there was any problems. We didn't need to be ! The driver arrived 10 minutes early and came in next to the ship.He was really helpful and cheerful and the price was really good
