Wonderful service but when I arrived on the Saturday, the agent at the airport couldn't give me a pickup time for the Monday. When I logged on online, it said reference number invalid. Eventually got through on the emergency number, but for people on weekend breaks when your main number is shut is very unsatisfactory.

My initial pick up was very early and would have seen me over 3 hours early at an airport where 1 would have been fine, but where there were traffic issues and my pickup couldn't make it, the team booked a taxi on my behalf and reimbursed me once I got the the airport an hour later than expected.

Quick transfer from the airport - very polite staff. Only issue was address in Vale do Lobo - perhaps having a map of location available to your staff may help in future.

Very poor experience - got taken for a ride (excuse the pun). T&C's allow you to book in one piece of luggage up to 17kg and another at 5kg. When i turned up with my golf bag they said it wasn't standard, so they charged me an additional Eur 17. I might as well had got a taxi. What is more annoying is that the bus wasnt full, so they had loads of spece for the golf bag, they just saw me as esy money. I would never use them again out of principle.

This year was very disorganized compared to previous years, on arrival at Faro it was a free for all for planes.

My return journey that I have pre ordered gave me a time 4 and a half hours earlier than my flight originally. When I called they claimed I had not given my flight number, so they had just 'assumed' a time. I had provided my flight number. Having then booked the correct time, my transfer arrived 20 minutes late, and nobody was answering the emergency contact number in this time, so I had no idea if it was actually on its way, or I would miss my flight - very poor!

The transfer and drivers were both very good however on our documentation it stated that someone would meet us with a board with our name in the arrivals hall. This didn't happen and as we were travelling with 2 small children it was very stressful wondering what to do with no transfer to our villa. We then had to ask at a shop in the airport as we couldn't see a desk for yourselves. They then advised us to go to the green bus desk and finally we got it sorted and a driver said he would take us however he had no details of our address which I had given when I booked the transfer online. This was all very disappointing and not how it explained on our documents it would happen, especially travelling with a toddler and baby it made it very worrying and stressful. Also how were we to know to go to a desk which was a completely different name from the company we booked with.
I suggest you amend your paperwork accordingly so that others don't have this sorry and to stop people giving you a bad review as I am doing.

When I arrived at Faro airport the queuing was shambolic. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my taxi. Whilst waiting, I was spoken to appallingly by one of your male staff.

Late to pick me up by 20 minutes and the pick up time was 3.5 hours before my flight which is ridiculous.

First the service ask you to confirm pick up time, offering the possibility to do so over the internet but that service does not work. Then tried to phone the number provided but there is no answer and so we were very stressed waiting. I emailed the company and finally the evening prior to my departure I received a phone call. they wanted to take me to the airport at 4:00 am when my flight was not due until 8am. This is not seen anywhere in their terms and conditions!

After having given my address in my original booking the driver then asked for it again, which was fine. However I then gave it to him and he said he didn't know it, so I suggested he drop me at the main reception of vale do lobo.

He agreed to this and drove to the resort, however it became clear that he was lost and then just told me that there was no reception at vale do lobo, which I know to be untrue as I had visited previously.

I had to convince him not to drop me in a random spot of his choosing - seriously unimpressed!
