The driver was very friendly, pleasant and helpful and he helped us with further directions/information. The vehicle was great and very comfortable. The only criticism would be that the driver was about 15 minutes late which made us worried as he was supposed to be waiting for us at the arrivals lounge but he wasn't.

Nothing was too much for them and when I eventually had to cancel my booking their behaviour did not change one iota.
I would have no problem recommending this company both to family and friends.
