Very efficient. Flight was due to arrive at 22.10. Had worried that something would go wrong or wouldn't be able to find driver, but as we walked out of arrivals our driver was right in front of us holding a piece of paper with my name on. Gave him the voucher I had printed off and signed and we got to the hotel in Mestre in no time at all.
