This was excellent. We had problems on our arrival as our luggage did not arrive. Luckily I spoke to the security guard at the door who searched for our contact and asked for him to wait. Once we had completed our paperwork about the lost luggage we we're able to continue. On the return journey the driver was early and the car was very comfortable. Thank you.

Driver was there as promised with a sign with my name. Rode in 9 passenger Mercedes van with plenty of room for us and our luggage for four people. Only improvement would be to supply small bottles of water for the one hour drive from Catania to Taormina.
