really amazing service. through our fault entirely we were 3 hours late back at the hotel and the driver waited 3 hours for us and rushed us to the airport to catch another plane and did not want any extra money. what a star! thoroughly recommend.

The service was first rate given the flight was 45 minutes late the driver was there with a sign displaying our name. The driver was friendly & courteous. & was a very good driver

The shuttle collecting us from Catania was late. We were led to believe that the driver may have collected the wrong people. After a couple of phone calls another driver collected us and apologised for being late-he said that he had been unable to park. The driver who collected us to take us back to Catania was right on time.
