Mr M from United StatesWe stayed at the JW Marriott on Isola delle Rose which is 20 minutes from Piazza San Marco. My cell phone had been stolen 2 days prior to our departure. THEN, the morning of the departure, there was a very thick fog on the water. Taxi service was impossible because they don't have radar to navigate the water. So, your taxi couldn't come to the island to pick us up. Your operation called the hotel concierge and arranged for your taxi to pick us up at Piazza San Marco by using the hotel shuttle which does have radar. You gave us the taxi number at the hotel. Upon docking, our taxi was waiting for us right next to the boat. We took the boat to the car lot where our limousine took us to the airport. This could have been a terrible situation, but your operation handled it perfectly and the entire situation was perfectly seamless. Thank you so much!!

Eftersom vi anlände till Venedig sent på kvällen var det skönt att veta att vi fick transport direkt från flygplatsen till hotellet. Vi fick våra väskor snabbt så när vi kom ut hade chauffören inte kommit, men vi fick omedelbart besked per telefon att han var lite försenad och var vi skulle ställa oss så att han hittade oss direkt.
