Only one thing should be better: I arrived late at night and didn't found the welcome desk. When I tried the telephone numbers on the voucher, I didn't reach anyone (also not on the emergency number).

Taxi driver did not wait and we were left at airport, having lost £60 with an 85 year old man who was feeling poorly.
