The drivers we had for our journeys to and from Zadar Airport were extremely punctual and efficient. Special thanks to our driver who took us back to Zadar Airport for being so careful on the roads as the weather at the time was really quite terrible. We felt safe with you at the wheel. Thank You!

Our driver was the same guy both ways and he was wonderful! Very helpful and on time. He was a safe driver and knew exactly where we were going.

I was thoroughly impressed with our driver. On arrival we realised a member of our group suitcase had been lost in transit, our driver waited patiently, helped direct us to the appropriate place, was able to help translate and provide further information and advice. In addition the transfer included WIFI throughout the journey and the option to play music from our mobile devices. I would highly recommend using this service again.

Ms S from United KingdomFirst of all before we even started our journey the company kept emailing me to tell me that the address I had given for our apartment that we were being dropped at was incorrect, even though I could find it myself perfectly fine when I looked for it on maps on the internet and I had no other address to provide as this was what the owner of our apartment had given. I kept getting emails saying that the company was unable to confirm my booking, right up until the day we were due to get picked up which meant it was very stressful. I also did get our landing time wrong when first booking but corrected this several times in the correspondence with the company, however this seemed to be ignored as we ended up waiting for an extra 4 hours at the airport for our transfer to come and pick us up. Not only this but during this time whilst we were waiting we tried to call the office several times and it was shut, so we had absolutely no idea when our transfer was turning up or if it even was, instead we had to sit in the airport for hours hoping it would arrive. As if this wasn't bad enough, on the way home I was concerned that the same thing would happen and our transfer would be late again so I emailed beforehand to confirm the pickup time and place, which although I did get a receipt of confirmation for, the transfer was still an hour late. I am very disappointed with this service and certainly won't be travelling with shuttle direct again, had the transfer been any later we would've missed our flight which isn't a risk I'm willing to take. Awful service.

Mr L from United KingdomThe booking experience was easy unlike the service provided which was non-existent. Our driver didn't turn up to the pick up location and the number provided on the voucher was not even valid as they were out off office and thus no one could help us as we were stranded in a completely different country.
Poor service, poor customer service, poor company all in all. No full refund, explanation was given as to what had even happened and this caused myself and my friends to seek other alternatives of travelling which costs us even more money. We haven't received any feedback or our Full refund for a service we didn't even use!
