Fr. S from GermanyAm Flughafen angekommen mussten wir zu einem Schalter, den wir direkt gefunden haben. Am Schalter sagte uns die Damen dann welchen Bus wir nehmen sollen. Nach ca 20 Minuten fuhren wir direkt los und alles lief bestens. Beim Rückflug war ich skeptisch ob alles klappt, da auf dem Voucher keine Abholzeit stand. Habe aber telefonisch direkt jemanden erreicht und sie erklärte mir, dass erst 48-24h vorm Abflug die Zeiten geplant werden. Pünktlich um 1 Uhr nachts holte uns ein Kleinbus ab und kamen pünktlich zwei Stunden vor Abflug am Flughafen an.

Both agent and driver carried my bags, the driver to the front door. Price was competitive and I would certainly use again and recommend to others.
