Simply Transfer and Shuttle Direct provided us a good service - better than my previous experience w/ AltiBus.

The non communicative driver was adequite to the task and made only one minor wrong turn.

Mr R from United KingdomWould strongly suggest that nearer to the date of actual transfer, Shuttle Direct send an email or text message (i) to confirm pick-up details and meeting point at the airport, and (ii) provide name/number of the driver.
1--once in val d'isere, driver did not know exactly how to get to hotel
2--driver personal hygiene (body odour) was not very good

It needs to be made more clear that drop off & collection are from a fixed point. Getting to this point could be difficult for people not staying in the central area of Val d'isere , early in the morning before buses begin running. Loyet did however on request pick us up from Le Laisinant, Thankyou very much.

The way down all was good.
But on the return, we where taken by the narrow roads from Val d'Isere to Geneva instead of by the motorway. That made our trip less comfortable than it could have been.

We left a $300 pair of headphones in the car from Geneva to Val d'Isere and have not yet gotten them back despite repeated inquiries.
Driver from Geneva to Val d'Isere did not know how to attach snow chains, and got lost in Val d'Isere.
