Our driver did not pick us up @ Nice. Fact he had gone to our address for the drop off!!after waiting a long time 45 minutes , and after conversations with the controller James Ross we were instructed to take a taxi and get a full refund from Shuttle Direct , which is what I intend to do . My friends and I use this company often and it rarely lets us down. Let's see how tquickly the refund happens .
