Have to say on this trip (ACE to Playa Blanca and return) the service from Shuttle Direct was excellent. Met at Airport Arrivals exit by Representative clearly showing my name, escorted with others to awaiting drivers and vehicles close by and introduced to our driver. Quick private transfer to the hotel. On the return, we were ready in the Hotel Reception the required 15 mins before time and the very courteous lady driver appeared 5 mins later, 10 mins before time. Excellent journey to ACE airport. Travelled mid Sept 24.
