Mr I from United KingdomI would have rated it excellent but it was not obvious to me that I needed to enter the flight times and not the time I wanted to be picked. It's probably my fault but I'm not sure it's as clear as it could be. However as I entered the wrong time, the customer services corrected it for me within 24 hours via email.
The chap who collected us was stood waiting exactly where he was supposed to be and we were straight out onto the bus and away from the airport, that was excellent. Coming back again he was waiting for us outside the apartments on time and he even took us on a little diversion through Palma to show us the harbour and a bit of the city, again excellent. Definitely recommend and will be using again.
