We had booked a private transfer to our hotel and had a luxury clean Mercedes, good driver. On departure, the driver was waiting at our hotel early, again nice clean Mercedes minibus but we were the only passengers, so a private transfer. Good journey to the airport. This is the second time we have booked Shuttledirect having used them last year in Lanzarote. We have been very impressed on both occasions and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be booking again with them next year.
