But when we finally came out, our driver was there waiting for us. He had a smile on his face and was gracious and calm. The van was clean and the ride was simple, with no other mishaps.

Our flight was delayed for an hour + due the French Air Traffic controllers strike. I contacted Shuttle Direct who were reassuring and helpful and our driver was at Geneva airport promptly to meet us and drove us to our hotel in a friendly and efficient manner.

There was quite a few emails to clarify some flight details, advising that I had not completed some of the details (which I had included) but this was eventually sorted out. Also I had to clarify the pick up times for the return journey directly with the vendor - again not a major problem and they were very helpful.
Very prompt service, kept in touch with me throughout the pickup process. Cars were very clean and the drivers were professional & courteous. I have since recommended Shuttledirect to a number of my colleagues for when they next travel to Geneva.

Excellent!! In the past we've used companies where we've been left waiting for up to an hour (after travelling all the way from the USA this was not appreciated!) Our driver was there waiting for us at Geneva which was great.
