The only complaint is that the voucher instructions were to go to the Four Seaons desk so we did not realise that the driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall. Otherwise, service was excellent.

The return trip had well enough service, but the driver was somewhat sleepy and unconcecrated. Trying to avoid traffic jams on the autobahn, the driver chose a network of smaller roads towards the airport. We made our flight with a good margin, but the actual driving was a bit nervewrecking. Otherwise everything was excellent.

The good bits - very prompt pick up from Salzburg airport and the driver clearly identified himself to our party of 8.
For the return journey the driver was 20 minutes late so called ahead to our hotel to let us know which was good.
The reason I have rated it poor is because:
The driver was a bit aggressive with his driving and the minibus had a smell of smoke which was uncomfortable for a 1.5 hour journey (would not have wanted it to have been longer). Seat belts did not work either in the front or the back so safety was a concern particularly given his driving.
We would use this service again.
Herr C from NorwayWe only use Shuttledirect when we are in Austria. And have until the last time (Feb. 18) been very pleased. This time we unfortunately had to rebook the taxi trip because we changed hotel. The trip was a bit shorter, but we had to pay more. This is simply unacceptable! We have now contacted a new company that does not practice customer service this way. A lot of shame, but Shuttledirect does not need to think about it.
Please check over. Higher bill for shorter trip, Shuttledirect should not be pleased with.
