P from ItalyHo acquistato con anticipo un transfer privato dall'aeroporto al centro città,ed ho fornito come richiestomi, il numero del mio volo e l'orario di arrivo, ebbene al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno ad attenderci, ho così contattato il numero indicato sul mio voucher per capire dove fosse l'auto ma la signorina al telefono in una prima telefonata mi ha detto di attendere che provvedeva lei a vedere dove fosse l'autista (autista che doveva già essere al punto di incontro visto che sapeva con largo anticipo quando saremmo arrivati ed era un autista privato alias noi eravamo gli unici passeggeri) e poi in una seconda telefonata mi ha detto di attendere 30 minuti affinché arrivasse la macchina, bhé inutile dire che la macchina non é arrivata e siamo stati costretti a prendere un taxi pagando quindi anche il servizio taxi, ed al momento ho fatto un reclamo al fine di vedermi rimborsato il pagamento del taxi di cui ho anche la ricevuta, e per tutta risposta mi é stato detto di attendere 28 giorni perché si deve "investigare" su quanto accaduto prima di potermi "forse" rimborsare per un servizio da me pagato ma che non ho ricevuto!!!
Ho pagato tramite carta di credito ed attendo il rimborso per il transfer privato del 31.10.2019 perché nessuno é venuto a prenderci.
