Ms L from United KingdomStraight forward initial booking which was great. My friends later tried to add three more people to the booking and this was difficult as no one in the office spoke English on the phone so she was hung up on on a few occasions. We were unable to add them to the booking which was a shame but apart from that, can't fault the service / experience.
Prompt, professional, efficient, polite and friendly. All so easy!
