I had to call the company to find out about oversize luggage as one of our party had ia snowboard bag. I was told to book and then call back to have this added to my booking. This I did and had no problems.
Would definitely recommend as cost effective and reliable service. This is in fact the second time we have used them, the first being a coach pick up and this being private shuttle.
We were late due to time taken to collect luggage. Driver was waiting and willing to wait whilst we got drinks for journey. As stated the driver had our name displayed and we had no problem locating him.
Transport was sufficient for both the number of people and their respective luggage without feeling cramped for the 3+ hour journey.
Driver offered convenience stop on the way .
Had to change the address for the return journey which I did by phone to an English speaking call centre and the driver was already waiting for us at 3:40AM as agreed.
Would use them again without hesitating. This is definitely much more than an economy transfer
