Mr M from United Kingdom100 per cent reliable in my experience. Slightl wait at Verona airport but this was due to our early arrival. However, I received a prompt phone call from the service provider keeping me informed and the driver arrived on schedule.

Mr M from United KingdomShuttle direct was a first class way to travel ! Our driver was waiting just directly in front of arrivals ( we didn't have to look for him) both drivers to hotel and other one back to airport were very helpful and polite! Would use them again !

He was well mannered and didn't mind me practicing my Italian on him! :) he took my bag and showed us to his very clean, new Mercedes van. When we arrived at our apartment he got out to check to make sure it was the right one and even rang the owner of the apartment to meet us, luckily she was just around the corner. Amazing service and would highly recommend them. Many thanks
