Bus was waiting outside (by the bus station at the airport), came just 10 min late on the pick up day (that's absolutely acceptable). Buses had air-conditioning and we're very clean. Mr G from IrelandOn arrival we had a speedy pick up and were on our way in less than 20 minutes. There was an issue were we were dropped at the wrong hotel and needed a taxi to our destination. However in the confusion we left a passport and phone on the bus. We contacted Customer Services and they immediately investigated and could arrange for us to meet with the driver a couple of hours later and both were returned to us.

Mr M from NetherlandsWe made a long trip from Chania Airport to Elounda (3 hour trip). A nice lady cab driver picked us up at the airport. We traveld with an extrodinairy luxere van. VIP van. On our way we took a short stop where she bought us some nice ice coffee. The lady was an excelent driver and told us a few places we should visit. On the way back we also had a great driver, he was quiet but that was no problem for us, we were tired so had a sleep in the also luxery Van. The price was ok, even cheaper dan a normal taxi. Next time i will book again.
