    Shuttle driver was not at airport on arrival...We waited 20 minutes before asking one of the other shuttle drivers to phone and find out where he was. Lucky he arrived 15 minutes after that.

    Service-Bewertung : Trotz Anruf wegen späteren Flug (ISTBJV) und Verspätung wurden wir nach Ankunft in Bodrum nicht abgeholt. Beim Anruf hatten uns gesagt, wir hätten einen Privaten Transfer buchen sollen und dazu zahlen. In der 2. Anruf, nach halbe Stunde am Flughafen zu warten, hatten uns gesagt, sie haetten keinen Transfer und wir sollten einen Taxi nehmen. (Vom Bodrum bis Göltürkbüku, 120 TL/40 EUR) Es blieb uns nichts anders. Wir mussten extra bezahlen obwohl wir einen Voucher für die Transfer hatten, die garantiert bei Verspätungen die "nächste Verfügbaren Transfer"
    Produkt : Sind wir total enttäuscht von der Firma und werde nicht wieder bei ihnen buchen. Auch nicht empfehlen.
    Nachdem ich die Firma per Email die Erstattung der Taxi Kosten gebeten habe, hatten uns einen Mail geschrieben die bis 28 Tage bearbeitungszeit brauchen! unverschämt.
    Das einzige das fgut unktioniert hat-nachdem wir 3 Mal anrufen haben um zu wissen die Abholzeit- ist war der Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen Bodrum.

    It didn't turn up. I tired calling the 24 hour emergency number but couldn't get it to work. My flight was delayed and my bag was one of the last out but it so I was late but there was nobody there. I waiting for my friends who arrived at the exit 1.5hrs later in order to share a car hire with them. In that hour and a half there was no sign of any board with my name on or shuttle direct staff. Outside of the airport there were lots of company logos on boards, none of which were Shuttle Direct. There was just no sign of my transfer or the company at all. In the end I got the car hire. Your service was a waste of money.

    Chaos at the airport. Nobody with a board with my name as it said in the booking. When I did eventually find where to go my name was not on the list. I had to pay for a Taxi!!!
