I made a mistake on my first booking (nothing major, just the wrong airport!!) and they were super quick to refund the full amount paid.
Then made the correct booking and communication has continued to be first class all the way through. The guys who respond to the customer service emails and the drivers themselves are just wonderful.
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and WILL be using again!
