    Driver was on time for collection from Barcelona airport. We were slightly concerned that he was constantly using his phone to check sat nav!

    The transfer was good, picked up and dropped off as per schedule, driver was nice and helpful. Only criticism is the office number is not manned by English speaking staff which made communications difficult. Email is fine but slower response. Big thanks to Martin H in the Operations team who did manage to respond to my emails quickly and sorted out my problem on pick up day.
