Firstly don't panic, because if a booking reference number showed up on your screen you can be sure your booking is confirmed. You can log in to My Booking to view your original booking at any time and re-print your voucher. Sometimes your booking email may not be received because of your anti-spam filters, so check your ISP (Internet Server Provider) policy on this. You should also check you've entered the correct email address – we have more than 200 undeliverable emails every week mainly due to email address errors! If an email fails, our system continues to attempt to deliver for around five hours.
